So Sunday and Monday were very bleh. I am still very sick but I think (hope?) I am getting better. Sunday I stayed in all day and Monday I went to Safeway to buy some food and then made a poster for preschool.

Also on Monday I made James' board buddy gift for him...the theme was Summer Camp Arts and Crafts

















And we decorated a bottle for PENNY WARS! GO DRAGONSAURS.
I included a hot meter to see how hot we are =P

Tuesday was UGH. I guess I woke up on the wrong side of the bed (even though there is only one side). Woken up very early=not happy. Well I managed to go back to sleep. I was all ready to go to Jumpstart today then I start coughing like crazy (AHHHHHH) another day of work gone. So I decided to spare my teammates and not infect little children.. I stayed home. I was really excited to cook my potatoes that I got from Safeway on Monday. I made curry the other day and it just wasn't the same without potatoes. Anyways..so I get the potatoes out (turns out I don't know where the peeler is) so I knife it bare. Then I go to make rice and the first cup was okay. Then on the second cup I noticed it looked dark..like dusty. So I look around in the rice bag, unknowingly mixing the good rice with MOLDY rice. YUCK! Talk about grosssss. SO I threw all the rice away. No curry with potatoes for me.

It's okay. I decided to make yummy mash potatoes and I had a pizza quesadilla. Yum! Then I decided to call the bank today to see if I could get my online banking to work without having to go all the way to the shattuck branch. So after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told that I still have to go to the branch. FINE! So after getting ready, I head to the bank. I was walking as I saw the bus leaving the stop from across the street. CRAP. SO I decide to run..maybe I can catch it. HAH..yeah right..with the cold air and my fat..and my sore/dry/scratchy throat. I was only able to run halfway to the next stop until I gave up. So I just walked to the telegraph and bancroft stop where all the buses stop. I got to the bank at like 5:45pm..whew..I made it. Then the banker tells me that the online banking office closes at 5pm. GRREATTT. just great. He couldn't have told me this right off the bat? Instead he had me sitting there while he clicked his mouse like a maniac..(or maybe he was just playing minesweeper =)) So I left, cursed the bank and headed over to Alex's to make cake truffles. I went into his Apt. but he wasn't home so I just let myself in. (Don't worry..I didn't break in..and I told him yesterday) As I turned on the light, half scared that there was a body on his futon (just his comforter), I see ANTS! Ugh..my two things that I hate A LOT... ants and walking! HAHA..just kidding?..i mean MOLD and ANTS. I took away the orange juice causing the ants and went looking for the hideout. The ants made quite a journey. So by this time, Alex had returned and I go to make the cake balls. But it was getting to Circle K meeting time so I only got to make 3 chocolates. I guess I will have to post pictures and see how it tastes tomorrow.

Meeting was good..executive board nominations were interesting..some very unexpected! It was so hot in the room. Then I went to get Kimchi fried rice because I didn't eat dinner and I came back and made some corn soup. Now I'm about to take a dayquil and go to sleep. I want to go to class and work tomorrow. I can feel myself falling behind.

To a better tomorrow. I think the rain is stopping!

PS. My sister sent this pictue mosaic to me..pretty cool. Except you have to stand like really really far away to see it. =)
