Today I woke up at 9am because I went to bed so early. I got up but had this strange feeling. During the entire morning I felt not right. It was as if a rain cloud was following me and raining on me.

Nothing felt right. I was awake but did not have the urge to go to work or class. I had trouble getting out of bed. I felt better..I mean I wasn't that sick anymore yet..something was off.

Then I went to class and continued to feel this way. It wasn't until I got to dance rehearsal that I felt much better. I saw Jeff and immediately went to talk to him. He was just so happy that the enthusiasm soon caught on. We were laughing about a HUGE slippage, Joe "looking for something" dance, and other random things. We watched the dancers practice the routine and at 6 the singers came in to practice the song. They sounded just lovely. It was a while later when we discovered the random draft of wind from the opened door. This is when Linda and all her flowy locks became an advertisement for a Circle K sweatshirt. It was awesome. I had forgotten all about my sad morning and was laughing and cheerful (I haven't felt "happy" in over a week).

Then we went to dinner and then on to cake truffles. Alex ate the ones we made last time so I still have not tasted them. So I melted chocolate and covered some. Then I left. Alex wanted to cover the rest so he goes to melt the chocolate. Remember when he tried last time? Burnt mitts and pan fried burnt chocolate. Well...today was not his day either. He microwaved some foil when he melted the Hugs. It smelled really bad. Then he goes to boil them like he had seen me do earlier..except..the cup completely breaks. Poor Alex..him and his chocolate funk. Oh well..at least we all got a good laugh. =)

This is where the foil burnt the cup. This is a glass cup, by the way.

Ahh...so today was a better day after all.
Goodbye rain. Good morning sunshine.

Aww... I love the lil zoloft(?) guy.

I call him a "lil banh bao," which means "steam bun." :)

glad your day looked up!
