So this past weekend was super exciting! Friday night was the murder mystery! Saturday was California Academy of Sciences. Sunday was sleep, sleep, eat, sleep.

On Friday we had our 1920s themed murder mystery dinner. It was so much fun! The day started off with me getting ready for the dinner. I tried to make my hair short because that is what was popular in the roaring 20s. So yeah, didn't work out too well because by the time I went to class and then to the dinner, my hair all fell down.

The cast was really good and it was fun questioning them. It brought back all the memories of mystery books/movies that I read/watched before.

Some funny stuff I remember:

"Why are y'all laughing at? My husband just died."
"I just came here on the Titanic." (me: "You've been swimming for 10 years?")
"I sense bad spirits."

So then that was mucho fun. We had to sleep early because Saturday was a big day!
But instead we just had a fun/full conversation on Joe's status. Over the span of about 1.5 hours, we managed to put over 60 comments on Joe's wall. He should feel very special =)







































On to Saturday! We woke up at 8:30am and set off on a journey (Agustin, Alex, James and me). James was forced to close his eyes and we told him we were gonna drop him off at castro and put him in a costume. Then we were gonna go to a gay strip club. So we arrived at the California Academy of Science. We had to take the elevator but there were other people (mainly kids). And in a very loud voice, James says "Why are there kids at the strip club?" LOL...I bet the adults were like WTF. So we step out of the elevator and it is absolutely freezing. We go in, get our planetarium tickets, get our Bugs in 3D tickets and start exploring. We went to the climate changes exhibit first. So depressing. The earth is heating up, the animals are dying, everything is so sad, we are doomed..etc. etc.













Then we went to see Bugs in 3D. Probably the saddest thing I have seen recently. Propelio is a catepillar and she eats eats eats. Then she transforms into a butterfly. Hiradula is a praying matis and he eats other bugs. Hiradula eats Propelio and her wings float down the river into a sunset. WOW. (like 1 hour after watching the Bugs, we had all forgotten the name already. I thought it was Prompelio and Vangard..haha..I was convinced it was Vangard)



















Then we explored..animal kingdom..then the planetarium. So Alex said that he fell asleep right after Mars the first time and he was determined to make it through the whole show. I was feeling very energized and hyped for the show. Then I get in, the show starts and they start with the center, zoom out into the roof, and then we get further from the roof..and I knock out. LOL..I was felt like we were actually high up in the sky and I am super afraid of heights. Anyways, I tried to wake up somewhere in the middle, yeah didn't work. I slept through the whole thing. Alex and Agustin fell asleep after Mars or so and James was in and out for a little bit. HAHA..best nap ever!













Then we went to the Aquarium. So I guess I was the measurement for how big the fish are..becuase every time James was like "Wow, huge fish! Amy come stand next to it to show how big it is" I was small compared to a lot of the fish. Then we went to teh rainforest, rode on some turtles and cats, then we left. We had spent almost 6 hours at the Science Center.













We all only had a bit of cereal and we were starving! Left with a cool picture taken by the center, paid $21 for parking, then went to search for the Full House house. We couldnt find it but then we went to Japantown to eat. This is a pea book =)













It was good, then we went back to Alex's apt. James knocked out. Then I fell asleep too. Then we both woke up and we started playing games and gossiping. =) At around 1:30am, we ordered sushi and continued to talk. We played the fantasy board draft (for the appointed chairs of Circle K)..yes..I know..we are pretty lame. Before we knew it..it was already 5am. I went home, took a shower and slept.

I woke up at 9:30am and had a terrible headache (probably from not sleeping) and decided I wasnt in the mood to go to DCM and Cheer Training. I wouldn't have wanted to socialize. James calls me at the end of the event and he woke me up. It was already 4PM! WTf...well..I guess I only slept 10 hours but its bad. Then I didnt do work even though I tried to start. I made curry and then just fooled around for a long time.

Now I am in class and I am not listening. =(
