So this weekend one of my best friends Gary visited. On Friday we went to eat at Steve's Mexican Korean BBQ at the Asian Ghetto. Then we ate yummy ice cream at Ici. I tried the clementine sorbet and the ginger milk flavors but ultimately decided to go with the classic, vanilla. Then we went to Thalassa's and I think there were probably 300 people there or something. The wait for pool tables was 1.5 hours. It was super busy. I guess since it was a friday night.
On Saturday, I woke up super late because I stayed up to watch Zach and Miri Make a Porno. Pretty funny and interesting. Uhm..yeah..one of the guys was literally shit faced...yahhh...kinda gross. Anyways..I woke up and then went to SF. We were waiting for Peter to get off work but Ryan, Chris, Victoria, Gary and I were really hungry so we decided to stop by Burger King on Powell and they tried the Angry Whopper. Then like 30 minutes later, Peter calls and he is off work. LOL...we totally just ate a meal but we went to get dinner anyways. We ate at Gordon Bierch...something like..and they brew their own beers. I had the chef sampler..YUMMY! southwest chicken egg rolls, chicken and shrimp potstickers, and glazed buffalo wings. It was super delicious..and their garlic fries was excellent. At the table they were deciding what to do...it was between watch a movie or get wasted. LOL..so they chose to get wasted. We stopped by Safeway and picked up beer and steaks. They played beer pong. Then I joined in with a berry wine cooler and played kings cup. I got to choose 3 mates and I was a mate..so basically whenever Gary drank, I had to and so did Ryan, Peter and Chris. We ended, Peter loss. I ended up drinking 3/4th of the wine cooler..which is a lot for me because usually I can only do about 1/2. It was super fun and I noticed my tolerance went up, or so I thought. I went to the kitchen to eat something but while I was standing..i was really dizzy and had to sit down. I just sat on the kitchen floor and called for gary to help me. HAHA..anyways..I ended up staying on the couch but I got the big couch and gary slept on the small one..and he is like 6 feet tall. Opps.
I woke up on Sunday and we had a steak bbq. So delicious. Huge steak, mash potatoes (homemade), french fries, and corn. I was super full. We also watched the Celtics dominate the Maverics and the Lakers kill the Spurs. I didnt think basketball would be so interesting. BTW: Tony Parker, Eva Longoria's husband, is not good looking at all. =( she is so pretty and he is not. So then I went home and sat around waiting for Kevin's dinner. I havent seen him since a year and a half or so ago. Its always nice to see him. He doesnt really ever change =)
It's cold again. So I am wearing my neopolitan nap socks. They feel good.
